1-to-1 Online Coaching Programmes


Each of these programmes include a series of 6 x 1 hour consultations which focus on a particular theme.

They are divided into 2 sections:

The health support programmes centre around the stress-illness connection. They are for people who are experiencing stress-related health concerns, like emotional health issues, burnout, or long-term illness.

The holistic wellness programmes are centred around holistic well-being, and exploring the mind-body connection. They are for people who want to learn how to integrate holistic practices into their life, and who are on a journey of personal or spiritual growth.

These programmes have a consistent theme running through them, and each session builds upon the next. They are action-focused and we will create step-by-step plans to help you reach your goals throughout the time we are working together.

You can either book a single programme, or more than one if you feel you need longer-term support.
